Office Bearers

Post the appointment of the Management Committee members, Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer are appointed by a resolution in the meeting.

The Chairman heads the Management Committee and conducts the AGM. The three office bearers together are responsible for various functions like -

• Overall supervision of the property

• Inspection of the Property

• Issue of notices

• Maintains the books of accounts

• Prepares audit rectification for auditors
